Participants

  • See their own report if you allow it, for the whole round or person by person
  • Keep reports they buy themselves private, in a separate personal space
  • Are never offered the Wellbeing Check-in through work

  • Hiring, pay, promotion or performance ratings
  • Ranking people against each other
  • Diagnosing anything clinical
